The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password and one-time verification codes. 588wln will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an account where the User has failed to maintain reasonable security practices. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to 588wln support immediately.
588wln operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as required under its international gaming licence. Users may be required to submit identity verification documents at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other point where 588wln's compliance team deems it necessary. Required documents typically include a copy of a valid CNIC or passport and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
